Why this site exists
High-end mortgage borrowers usually meet a retail jumbo desk with one or two products. That works when the file fits cleanly. When it doesn't — when the borrower is self-employed, between businesses, or living on assets — that single-product desk turns into a wall. We built this site for the borrowers who hit that wall and want a real answer instead.
